Meditation for daily stress

This way of meditation is based on 3 branches of mind training: recent discoveries of Neurosciences, ancient Buddhism and Christianity's practices. Re-adapted to our busy daily life, meditation for daily stress has an immediate effect on our physical, psychological and spiritual well-being.
